The officer who wrote the original citation will be notified of the appeal and offered the opportunity to submit a written statement. If no statement is submitted, I will receive no information. If a statement is submitted, I will be emailed a copy of the statement. I will then have 5 business days from the date the statement is sent to me to respond in writing. Upon receipt of my response, the process of submitting written responses is extended, allowing the officer another opportunity for response. If this decision is appealed, all writings will be submitted to the Parking Appeals Committee for review.
