To Whom It May Concern:

I, the below named subject, hereby grant permission to the University of Saint Mary and its employees and designated agents, to take and use: photographs and/or digital images of me, video of me, and/or audio recordings of me for use in news releases, marketing or promotional pieces, and/or educational materials. These materials might include printed or electronic publications, Web sites or other electronic communications, online video sites, and social media outlets. I further agree that my name and identity may be revealed in descriptive text or commentary in connection with the image(s) or recording(s). I authorize the use of these images without compensation to me. All negatives, prints, digital reproductions, or original recording files shall be the property of the University of Saint Mary.
